4. Custom-Made Packaging

After the completion of product development, we collaborate closely with our partners to design custom packaging solutions that reflect their specific visual identity, logistical requirements, and sustainability values. Box dimensions, internal layouts, and protective elements are all optimized based on the product’s geometry and handling needs.

In the case of the Plydesign FLEET product family, particular attention was paid to how furniture elements could be efficiently arranged within boxes to minimise wasted space and reduce the ecological footprint of transport. This approach not only saves on shipping volume and cost, but also supports the brand’s environmental values.

Beyond structural design, we also provide custom-branded packaging materials, including printed boxes and adhesive tapes, ensuring that each product shipment reinforces the client’s visual identity from the very first unboxing moment.
